It feels like spring out there! Make sure to give us a call as you start to get those motorcycles, ATVs, and boats out of storage. ABOUT ME:

I grew up in Southwest Virginia and Graduated from Virginia Tech in 1987. After my time at VT, I began chasing a career in the Pharmaceutical industry. I married the love of my life in June of 1990. We have been blessed with two wonderful daughters and a new granddaughter (2022)

In May of 1997 my world turned upside down. I was traveling with my entire family on interstate 85 in North Carolina when a car crossed the median and hit me head on. The couple that hit us were both killed. They were only 30 and 35 years old. My mother-in-law was also killed and my 4 year old daughter was severely injured along with my wife and father-in-law. Thankfully they survived their injuries, but my life had changed forever. There was something missing. I met with my State Farm Agent and he opened my eyes to what a State Farm career could look like. I began my career as a State Farm Life insurance Agent in 1999 and in October of 2000 became a full time State Farm Agent. I am now in position to make a difference in the lives of other families. I have a passion for protecting families from the unexpected. I have personally experienced how life can change in an instant. No one expects to be involved in a fatal car crash. No one expects to die and leave their family without the means to survive. I have been there. I promised that I will NOT let that happened to anyone else without them being prepared!

Upon graduation from High School I married my High School Sweetheart in 1994. We settled on his family Farm in the beautiful mountains of Patrick County Virginia. In 2004 I joined the team at Kelly Witt's office. That was where I discovered my passion in life and that is helping families from the unexpected. On my down time I enjoy fellowship time with my church family, spending time at our local YMCA and traveling around our beautiful country.

I was born in Eden NC but raised in Henry County VA. I have been in the automotive industry since I graduated high school but decided to make the switch to insurance to keep my love for cars as a hobby, but still be able to help people in an impactful way. In my time away from work I enjoy being with my wife, our three dogs and traveling as much as we can. I also enjoy going to car-shows and working on one of the many project cars that I acquire. I joined Kelly Witt's office in February 2024.
